Mars Spot Post Test 1 Snoopy Train

I'd like to request a consultation regarding treatment for freckles. Lately, even the slightest exposure to sunlight has caused me to develop freckles, and the pigmentation on both cheekbones remains dark, which has been very stressful. I've had IPL treatments a few times in the past, and while it did seem to brighten the skin at first, it's returned to its original state over time. I'd like to know whether a treatment that requires consistent use, such as pico toning or laser toning, would be more effective, or if I should consider other pigment/melanin lasers. My skin is particularly sensitive, so I'm a bit concerned about treatments that can cause side effects or prolonged redness. Could you advise me on which combination would be safest and most long-lasting?
