Maypure Terms of Service

These Terms of Use are intended to define the terms and conditions of use and operation of the services provided by "Maypure Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

The major terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. Member: A user who agrees to these Terms, provides personal information, registers as a member, enters into a service agreement with the Site, and uses the services.
2. Service Agreement: The contract established between the Site and the Member regarding the use of the Site's services.
3. Member ID (ID): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service use.
4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to verify their identity and protect their rights.
5. Administrator: The person responsible for operating and managing the Site.
6. Termination: The act of a Member canceling the Service Agreement.

The Administrator may announce separate operational policies if necessary. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the operational policies, the latter shall prevail.

1. The Service Agreement is established when a person who wishes to use the Site agrees to these Terms and applies for membership, and the Administrator accepts the application.
2. Selecting "I Agree" during registration is considered agreement to these Terms.

1. A user who wishes to use the Site as a Member must provide information such as user ID, password, and nickname as requested by the Site.
2. If a user registers with false or stolen information, they cannot claim any rights related to the use of the Site and may be subject to legal penalties.

1. The Site does not retain Members’ passwords and handles all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
2. The Administrator shall do their best to protect Members’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. The Site is not responsible for any information leaks due to the Member’s own fault.
4. If a Member uploads or distributes illegal content, the Administrator may access and submit the data upon request by the relevant authorities.

1. The Administrator shall promptly address any opinions or complaints raised by Members.
2. In the event of a system failure, the Administrator shall take immediate action to restore the service for stable operation. However, in the event of natural disasters or force majeure, service operation may be temporarily suspended.

Members shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Defaming the Site or Administrator
2. Transferring or gifting service usage rights to others
3. Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Administrator or third parties
4. Failing to properly manage their ID and password, resulting in issues

1. The Site aims to provide its services 24 hours a day, year-round.
2. The Site may temporarily suspend operations for regular maintenance, upgrades, or replacement, with prior notice.
3. If advance notice is not possible due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or service interruption under telecommunications laws), post-notification may be given.

1. If a Member wishes to terminate the Service Agreement, they must submit a termination request online.
2. Upon termination, all data related to the Member will be deleted.

The Site may restrict access for Members who engage in the following actions:

1. Registering false information
2. Disrupting other users’ access or stealing information
3. Impersonating the Site's staff
4. Infringing intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties
5. Engaging in illegal or criminal activity
6. Violating other applicable laws and regulations

1. The Administrator is responsible for managing all posts and content on the Site.
2. The Administrator may delete inappropriate posts and warn the Member responsible.
3. If requested by authorities such as the Communications Standards Commission, posts may be deleted without prior notice to the Member.
4. Inappropriate posts include:
   • Defamatory or insulting content toward others
   • Content promoting piracy or hacking
   • Spam or promotional content
   • Content potentially linked to criminal activity
   • Content in violation of applicable laws

If the Site is inevitably shut down, the Administrator will provide prior notice to Members and take necessary actions to preserve or transfer content.

1. The copyright of all content posted on the Site belongs to the respective author.
2. The Site will not use such content for commercial purposes without the author’s consent.
3. However, the Site may use content for non-commercial purposes and retains the right to display it within the service.

1. Members are solely responsible for any damages caused in connection with their use of the Site.
2. The Site shall not be held liable for any damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters.

1. The Administrator does not guarantee any benefits or outcomes expected by Members from using the services.
2. The Site is not liable for service disruptions or data loss.
3. The Site is not responsible for disputes between Members or between Members and third parties.
4. The Site is exempt from liability for damages caused by natural disasters, system failures, hacking, etc.
