I felt like my face had lost elasticity overall, so I tried the Shrink Universe treatment first, and then added the Ulthera 100-shot treatment two months later. The Shrink treatment felt slightly tight immediately after the procedure, and the pain was tolerable, but the lasting effect seemed to have subsided a bit after about a month. While the Ulthera treatment was definitely more painful, the results were much more pronounced. In particular, my jawline became smoother, and sagging cheeks were noticeably improved. While the cost was a bit of a concern, considering the long-lasting effect of each treatment, I was more satisfied with the Ulthera treatment. However, I did experience some bruising, which I had to cover up with makeup for two to three days. Since the pros and cons are clear, if you're having trouble deciding, I recommend choosing based on budget, pain, and the longevity of the results.
